Thank you so much for a great day. Everyone enjoyed the boat, the water sports, and the whole experience. I will definitely book your boat again for my next trip.

The speedboat driver spoke perfect english, and communication was effortless. All the three staff of the boat had great attitude and were generally happy and helpful.
The boat itself was quite comfortable and clean - exactly as per the photos. The water slide, the floating mat, and the water trampoline were in good condition. The speedboat driver was great and was perhaps one of the few people I've seen who knows how to make a really fun banana boat ride.
While booking, I thought that the air-conditioner was included in the price, but while on the boat, we were told that we needed to pay HKD 500 extra for the aircon, which we did, but it would have been nice it that was made clearer on the website.
Overall, a great experience, and I'll definitely book here again

样样顺利的一天！
本来加了钱要攀爬岛，但上船后船家告知坏了，但可开大浮毡补返，大浮毡好稳阵，够好几个人同时玩。朋友都钟意玩滑梯，跳弹床，及直立板。香蕉船及wakeboard 亦玩得愉快！
食物ok。事前同联络人沟通有问必答，谢谢！

首先多谢贵公司嘅安排，今天的船河活动大至成功，但并不完美及高兴，首先，我book的$8800船河是免费包冷气，但上船后，船家们称不包冷气，如要冷气需要俾钱，船家态度十分不友善，当我开个网页显示是包括冷气之后，他们才不自愿地开冷气给我们，之后女船家对我的客人也不友善，有少许口角，当我缓和气氛时称大家可否高兴玩，女船家即刻话你哋就玩，我系开工做野嘅，即刻气氛十分僵硬，我哋都冇话可说了，可能要开冷气的原因吧！我想你们公司和船家应该多啲沟通。但食物质素方面是很美味的，也多款式。
