Thank you so much for a great day. Everyone enjoyed the boat, the water sports, and the whole experience. I will definitely book your boat again for my next trip.

The speedboat driver spoke perfect english, and communication was effortless. All the three staff of the boat had great attitude and were generally happy and helpful.
The boat itself was quite comfortable and clean - exactly as per the photos. The water slide, the floating mat, and the water trampoline were in good condition. The speedboat driver was great and was perhaps one of the few people I've seen who knows how to make a really fun banana boat ride.
While booking, I thought that the air-conditioner was included in the price, but while on the boat, we were told that we needed to pay HKD 500 extra for the aircon, which we did, but it would have been nice it that was made clearer on the website.
Overall, a great experience, and I'll definitely book here again

樣樣順利的一天！
本來加了錢要攀爬島，但上船後船家告知壞了，但可開大浮氈補返，大浮氈好穩陣，夠好幾個人同時玩。朋友都鐘意玩滑梯，跳彈床，及直立板。香蕉船及wakeboard 亦玩得愉快！
食物ok。事前同聯絡人溝通有問必答，謝謝！

首先多謝貴公司嘅安排，今天的船河活動大至成功，但並不完美及高興，首先，我book的$8800船河是免費包冷氣，但上船後，船家們稱不包冷氣，如要冷氣需要俾錢，船家態度十分不友善，當我開個網頁顯示是包括冷氣之後，他們才不自願地開冷氣給我們，之後女船家對我的客人也不友善，有少許口角，當我緩和氣氛時稱大家可否高興玩，女船家即刻話你哋就玩，我係開工做野嘅，即刻氣氛十分僵硬，我哋都冇話可說了，可能要開冷氣的原因吧！我想你們公司和船家應該多啲溝通。但食物質素方面是很美味的，也多款式。
