Booking Notice
Booking Confirmation and Payment:
- Bookings will be officially confirmed only after full payment is received. If your yacht reservation is not accepted, any associated dining reservations will also be automatically canceled.
- Please complete your order and payment at least 3 days before boarding.
Responsibility of the Booking Person:
- The booking person is responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information and reservation details during the order process. Any additional fees resulting from incorrect information provided will be borne by the booking person.
- Once confirmed, bookings cannot be canceled or rescheduled under any circumstances (including adverse weather conditions). The booking person must still bear the associated costs and collect the dining items as scheduled.
Menu and Changes:
- Menu items displayed on the website are subject to change based on seasonal availability, ingredient sourcing, and inventory.
- If you wish to modify a confirmed booking, please contact Holimood at least 14 days before the pickup date. A HK$200 administrative fee will apply for changes made within 14 days of the pickup date.
Special Requests and Allergies:
- Please indicate any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or other requirements during the ordering process. Otherwise, standard procedures will be followed.
- All food images displayed on the website are for reference; actual items may vary.
Alcohol Sales Regulations:
- Alcoholic beverages cannot be sold to individuals under 18 years old. The booking person must be 18 years old or above and legally eligible to purchase such items. Alcoholic items must be collected by an individual aged 18 or above
Quality Concerns:
- If you believe that delivered food or products are damaged or of poor quality, please contact the supplier and Holimood on the day of pickup. Provide photo or video evidence. Late claims will not be accepted.
