Description

At ordinary times, the boat trip meals are simple. Holimood sincerely recommends the 9 dishes of West Japan fusion cusine. The chef will take care of them on the boat, which is suitable for business banquets, festival celebrations and corporate activities. Guests can enjoy the exquisite dishes cooked by chef Dennis on the sparrow's small but well-equipped boat. Chef Dennis manages omakase in the restaurant. He has rich outdoor cooking experience and can make fresh ingredients match with high-grade seasoning.

Things to note before booking

Booking Notes

 

  • Reservations will not be confirmed until full payment has been made and will be automatically cancelled if your yacht rental booking is not accepted.
  • Please complete the order and payment at least 14 days before boarding. 
  • It is the responsibility of the person making the booking to ensure that the correct delivery information and booking details are completed at the time of placing the order. Any additional costs incurred as a result of providing incorrect information will be borne by the person making the booking.
  • Confirmed bookings will not be cancelled or rescheduled under any circumstances (including but not limited to inclement weather) and the booker is responsible for the cost the booking and need to pick up the order as scheduled
  • The menu on the website is subject to change and the actual availability of dishes varies depending on the season, purchase of ingredients and stock availability.
  • For booking changes, please contact Holimood at least 14 days before the collection date and an administration fee of HK$200 will be charged; no change will be made within 14 days of the collection date.
  • If you have any food allergies, dietary restrictions or other requests, please make a note in the remark box before placing your order, otherwise it will be treated as normal. 
  • All food images shown on the website are for reference only and are subject to change.
  • The sale of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 18 is prohibited by law. The booker must be 18 years of age or over and entitled to legally purchase the goods and pick up person who must be 18 years old or over.
  • If there are any reasons to believe that the delivered meal/product is unfit for consumption due to damage or quality issues, please contact the supplier and Holimood on the day of collection and provide photographic/video evidence, late submissions by the booker will not be entertained.

 

Transport Services Notes

  • Please arrive 15 to 30 minutes early for picking up. The delivery person will contact you on the same day to confirm your pick up location, so please keep your phone number open. Please arrive at the pick-up point early to wait for the delivery as some of the piers do not allow parking for lorries (especially Sai Kung, Central and Tsim Sha Tsui). 
  • Booker information will be provided to the third party for delivery arrangements only and will not be used for other purposes.
  • All orders must be picked up at the pick point and will not be delivered directly to the boat. Pick up times might be delayed without compensation due to uncontrollable factors such as road conditions on the delivery day.
  • If the pick up point is a residential/commercial building/yacht club etc., delivery will be arranged to nearest parking location.
