Description

Deep Water Bay is named according to its water depth. It has a beautiful environment and quieter than Shek O and Repluse Bay. After departing from Ocean Court, the boat will travel by away of Cyberport and the Aberdeen Typhoon Shelters. It takes around 45 minutes to Deep Water Bay. After arriving, you can enjoy water activities and food on boat (self pay). As the water is deep, Deep Water Bay is suitable for surfing and sailing. Many people would also like to swim or enjoy other water activities here.

【Boat Trip】Victoria Harbour→Southern Waters
Description

Deep Water Bay, Repluse Bay and Stanley are the hottest location for boat trip. They are close to go, which makes you have time for water activities.

After boarding at pier in Victoria Harbour, it takes around 75 minutes to Deep Water Bay/ Repluse Bay/ Stanley.

Deep Water Bay is deep enough for surfing and sailing. The flat sea bed and shallow waters in Repluse Bay is safe for water activities. The calm wave and wind also makes Stanley an ideal place for boat trip. You can enjoy different water activities and food on boat (self pay).

Lei Yue Mun is a fishing village which maintains many natural and cultural spots there.

Bad Weather Arrangement

- In case of severe weather, the owner will decide whether to depart or change the itinerary for the day, with safety as the primary consideration. The owner reserves all rights to decide whether to depart and to determine the itinerary.

- The sailing schedule will remain unchanged without refund in the following circumstances:

i) If Typhoon Signal No. 1 or Red Rainstorm Warning is hoisted before departure;

ii) If Typhoon Signal No. 1 or Red Rainstorm Warning is hoisted before boarding, or if the higher typhoon signal is lowered to Typhoon Signal No. 1, and the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is lowered to Red Rainstorm Warning two hours before boarding.

The charterer should maintain close communication with the owner to confirm the itinerary for the day.

- If the Observatory still hoists Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, or issues a Black Rainstorm Warning two hours before boarding, the following procedures will apply: The charterer may choose to reschedule free of charge, with 100% of the payment converted to Holimood Points. If the charterer ultimately decides to cancel and not retain points, we will refund in cash after charging a 10% administrative fee.

- If a typhoon signal of No. 3 or higher or a black rainstorm warning is hoisted during the charter period, the shipowner has the right to return to port earlier in accordance with maritime regulations and for safety reasons. No compensation will be provided for the remaining time.

- If a reservation needs to be rescheduled or cancelled, we will do our best to assist the charterer in rescheduling or cancelling catering orders.

If a rescheduling or cancellation is notified within 24 hours before departure, due to catering preparations or other factors, we can only arrange catering delivery to the charterer's designated address, which will be considered as fulfillment of the service. All catering (including complimentary and optional meals) will not be included in future rescheduled sailings, and the charterer must reorder at the market price on the website.

Cancellation Policy

1. Free Change Protection Within 24 Hours After Booking

  • Online instant payment: If the booking is made 14 days or more before the departure date, the renter is eligible for free change protection within 24 hours after placing the order.
  • Hold booking orders: As the vessel schedule has already been reserved in advance for the renter, the order will be confirmed immediately after payment, so this 24-hour free change protection does not apply.

2. Booking Changes and Cancellations

If the above protection period has passed, requests will be handled according to the policy level applicable to the itinerary. To protect scheduling and operating costs, bookings less than 7 days before departure are treated as fully confirmed and cannot be changed or cancelled.

Holimood Points and refund note: After the necessary handling fee has been deducted, the remaining balance will be issued as Holimood Points (valid for one year).
