Terms of use of “Somersby” flotation products (Only apply for selecting Somersby Package):
- Guests agree that any use of the flotation products are voluntary and at their own risk. Guests are responsible for the safety of themselves and their companions when using the flotation products.
- Flotation products must be used for their normal intended purpose and use, and for no other purpose. Guests must comply with these Terms of use.
- Some of the flotation products require inflation (“inflatable products”). The inflatable products may expand and contract, and a size discrepancy of 3-5cm is considered normal. It is normal for inflatable products to experience natural air leakage. Regularly replenish the air as needed. New inflatable products may initially loosen due to their elasticity. This does not indicate a product leak. Simply reinflate them. Typically, after 3-4 inflations, this phenomenon will no longer occur.
- Prior to use, guests shall thoroughly inspect the flotation products and inflatable products to ensure there is no material defects or signs of safety issues.
- Avoid overinflating the inflatable products to prevent overexpansion, bursting or deformation.
- Keep the flotation products away from sharp objects to prevent tearing and damage. Extra care should be taken to avoid sharp object when the inflatable products are in use by individuals.
- Do not forcefully pull or tug the flotation products, as this may cause deformation, tears, or damage.
- Avoid contact with acidic substances such as benzene, ketones, and other organic solvents with the flotation products, with extra care as regards to inflatable products.
- In case of concerns about air leaks on inflatable products, you can spray a small amount of soapy water on the seams after ensuring the air plug is tightly sealed. If there is a leak, the soapy water will produce bubbles (note that laundry detergent and dish soap cannot detect leaks as they do not produce foam). Immediately stop usage if leak is identified.
- Inflatable products should not be used continuously for more than 12 hours after inflation without reinflation.
- When using any individual swim ring, always follow the correct safety guidelines to prevent accidents. Proper inflation and use are critical to ensure safety. Pay attention to ensure safety valve is tightly closed each time in use. Check seams regularly for tears.
- For the 3-meter net-bottom large swim ring, ensure that the net bottom faces the water and securely tie the ropes to a safe, fixed position to the boat prior to any individuals entering the net-bottom large swim ring. It should be used by a maximum of 4 people simultaneously.
- Running or jumping on floating mats and net-bottom large swim rings is strictly prohibited to avoid potential dangers and injury.
- Flotation products must not be used at any time while vessel is moving, or the vessel engine is turned on.
- If guests encounter any unsafe conditions while using the water equipment, immediately seek assistance from the vessel owner.
- All guests must adhere to the safety instructions of the vessel owner at all times.
